Delivery time and pickup
When your order will be delivered, and when you can pick it up.
When will I receive my order?
Expected delivery time: We process 100% of the orders received up to 16:00 every working day. Every day, the parcels are collected from us around 17:00. We can therefore proudly say that 98% of the orders received are delivered to our customers the following day. Of course, this remains human work, and for 2% of orders the customer must wait one extra day for their parcel.
- Netherlands: delivery Monday to Saturday
- Belgium: delivery Monday to Friday
Pickup:
Prefer to pick up in Zevenhuizen? (South Holland) That is possible from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 16:00. Prefer to pick up outside these hours? Just contact customer service to see what the options are. We will have your parcel ready for you so you can get started right away.
Shipping costs:
For both the Netherlands and Belgium, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs. From €100,- we charge no shipping costs.
